Kenay

This past week we had the honor of hosting the absolute best guest ever: Sir Kenneth, Kenny, Dr. Mike, Kenster, Kenaycito.. Kenay Milanes! He has given us so much joy, so much love, the purest kind. A kind of love I had never experienced before. My heart will forever hold a space for this big fur baby. I wish dogs lived (fur)ever. They are such innocent beings. They offer unconditional love. They are so loyal and require so little from us if you really think about it.

Thank you for the snuggles even though you grew tired of them after a certain point. Thank you for your patience when I am getting your food ready. Thank you for your tender looks, those beautiful eyes that make every worry of mine go away. Thank you my boy for bringing endless joy to our home. I love your paws, your soft fuzzy ears, and that cute nose. I will have this week that we spent with you ingrained in my heart and soul. You occupy a space of my heart and no one will ever take it. It belongs to you. I will love you for the rest of my life and then some my sweet, good, gentle boy. Te amo Kenaycito!
